Ses dispositions s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale et garantissent ainsi un environnement de travail uniforme et r\u00e9glement\u00e9 pour les travailleurs temporaires en Suisse.<\/p>\n<p>La CCT Location de services s\u2019applique \u00e9galement aux entreprises d\u2019affectation qui sont soumises \u00e0 une autre CCT. Dans ce contexte, la CCT Location de services reprend, sous certaines conditions, les dispositions relatives aux salaires et aux horaires de travail de la CCT de l\u2019entreprise d\u2019affectation. Les dispositions relatives \u00e0 la retraite flexible sont \u00e9galement reprises sous certaines conditions. Les dispositions relatives \u00e0 l\u2019assurance d\u2019indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res, \u00e0 la pr\u00e9voyance professionnelle et aux cotisations pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution et la formation continue ne sont toutefois pas prises en charge, pour autant que les solutions pr\u00e9vues dans la pr\u00e9sente CCT Location de services soient au moins \u00e9quivalents aux dispositions des conventions collectives de travail d\u00e9clar\u00e9es de force obligatoire pour les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 (CCT).<\/p>\n<p>Dans les entreprises d\u2019affectation dot\u00e9es de\u00a0conventions collectives de travail sans extension, les dispositions de la CCT Location de services s\u2019appliquent int\u00e9gralement. Outre des salaires minimums plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et une compensation automatique du rench\u00e9rissement pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, la cotisation CCT pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution, la formation continue et l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 journali\u00e8re de maladie a \u00e9t\u00e9 revue. Ces modifications contribuent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer davantage les conditions de travail et \u00e0 renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale des travailleurs temporaires.<\/p>\n<p>Le tableau ci-dessous
