The best software solutions in Switzerland were celebrated at the Zurich Convention Centre on 19 November 2024. Particularly radiant: the start-up Apriko was a double winner with a gold medal in the Business Solutions category and a silver medal in the Cloud Native Solutions category.

We have achieved the first milestone: Apriko has been nominated for the Best of Swiss Software Award 2024 – not just once, but twice! We are competing against the best projects in Switzerland in the Cloud Native Solutions and Business Solutions categories.
The Best of Swiss Software Award is the new stage to celebrate outstanding software projects in Switzerland. Organised by the creators of the Best of Swiss Web and Best of Swiss Apps awards, the best individual software and system integration projects are honoured here and Apriko is right at the forefront with two nominations.
The Cloud Native Solutions category covers software that has been developed from the ground up for the cloud. Here, Apriko combines modern principles such as microservices, continuous deployment and infrastructure as code (IaC). Our platform is scalable, secure and automatically optimises resource management – the perfect solution for businesses looking for flexibility and growth. Thanks to our model-driven approach, code generation, test-driven development and automatic deployments, we can go into production quickly and with a high level of security.
In the Business Solutions category, we show how to make business processes smarter, more automated and more efficient. Our software replaces cumbersome Excel spreadsheets and fragmented tools with a single platform that delivers full transparency and enables data-driven decisions. Intelligent candidate matching, automatic contract creation and software expertise are just some of the many features that make our approach so strong.
These nominations are a huge success for us. They show that our software solution is not only in tune with the times, but also brings real innovation to the Swiss software industry. It is a testament to our team’s hard work and collaboration with our customers, who keep creating new challenges and exciting projects.
We are presenting Apriko to the panel of distinguished judges on 4 October. The decisions and award ceremony will take place on 19 November 2024 during the Award Night at the Zurich Convention Center.
The Best of Swiss Software Award 2024 is a new award that recognises outstanding individual software and system integration projects in the Swiss digital industry. To promote innovation and quality in software development, prizes will be awarded in four categories: Business Solutions, Cloud Native Solutions, Data & AI Solutions and Core Business Integration. The two-stage judging process, supported by the University of Bern, entails an assessment and a Q&A session when evaluating the projects. The winning projects will be announced during the Award Night on 19 November 2024 at the Zurich Convention Center. These awards are organised by the initiators of Best of Swiss Web and Best of Swiss Apps.
