Power users are a valuable investment that increases the efficiency and effectiveness of using our software and is rewarded with a monthly discount on software licences.
The introduction of power users in your company is possible from a certain number of licences.
As soon as you have more than 5 licences, you can use the power user advantage. With each additional ten-tier scale of licences (from the 11th, 21st, 31st licence, etc.), it is possible to train an additional power user.
The training consists of two half-day training sessions per year, one on-site and the other online.
This arrangement ensures that you receive additional support resources as your business grows, without compromising the quality of support. Please note that the discount will be withdrawn if you do not attend the training courses.
The power user discount is a valuable support but may expire under certain conditions.
The discount is withdrawn, for example, if the number of licences falls below 5, required training courses are not attended, or more than 6 support requests are made per year by non-power users.
These measures are crucial to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the power user program. Should the criteria for the discount be met again, a re-evaluation is possible at any time to regain the financial benefits for your company.
