Accounting clerk
Apriko AG is a young company based in Zurich, which specialises in the provision of services in administration as well as financial and payroll accounting for personnel service providers.
With our in-house developed software, we automate and digitise all administrative processes for personnel service providers. At Apriko AG, you will play an active role in shaping digitalisation in the fiduciary industry. You will contribute your subject expertise in collaboration with our development team.
Your tasks
- As a central member of our team, you will be responsible for independently managing mandate accounting, including subledgers.
- Active accounts receivable management will be just as much part of your tasks as monitoring payment deadlines and carrying out monthly dunning runs.
- You will prepare payrollGlossary statements including social security declarations and withholding tax statements.
- You will make all reports to social security providers and public offices (entries, departures, changes, etc.).
- You will check and process expense and credit card claims.
- You will be responsible for VAT settlements and ensure that the balance sheet accounts are accurately reconciled.
- You will competently assist clients, authorities, and insurance providers as a contact person.
- You will support the preparation of interim and annual financial statements as well as client-specific reports.
Your profile
- You have completed basic commercial training. Further training in the field of payrollGlossary and/or social security is an advantage.
- You have already gained a few years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable position.
- You have a structured, independent, reliable, and precise way of working.
- You are business fluent in German and have a good command of French.
